Tim Palmquist

 

Tim Palmquist has 30 years of Real Estate experience with The Irvine Company, Irvine Apartment Communities, and other real estate development ventures.

 

As Managing Member for Trident Realty Partners, Mr. Palmquist oversees the Apartment Advisory team including: asset identification, underwriting, due diligence, and financial analysis. 

 

A graduate of Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Finance Concentration, Mr. Palmquist built his first apartments for the San Luis Obispo Housing Authority in 1983. Utilizing a financial model for apartment acquisition and syndications first developed as a student at Cal Poly, Mr. Palmquist continues to underwrite multi-family investment and re-investment opportunities, while focusing on apartment economics on a national level.

 

Prior to his role as Vice President of Development/Reinvestment for the Irvine Apartment Communities, Mr. Palmquist was the senior financial analyst for the Irvine Company Land Sales group. As Vice President of Development / Reinvestment for Irvine Apartment Communities Mr. Palmquist was responsible to oversee the reinvestment and repositioning all efforts for the IAC portfolio. Utilizing this experience, Mr. Palmquist now oversees the investment decisions for Trident Realty Partners.
