Robert Lawrence

 

Robert is a partner with Trident Realty Partners in charge of design and construction.  He has more than 25 years of experience providing due diligence, design, and construction services.  His understanding of trends for residential construction and costs associated with these areas make him an invaluable player to the success of new and renovated assets.  Robert brings many examples of value add ideas to the implementation for the improvements to a multi-family project.

 

After graduating from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, Mr. Lawrence joined McLaren/Vasquez Architects as project architect for several multi-family projects which clients included, William Lyon Homes, The Rancho Santa Margarita Company, and the Irvine Company.

 

Now with over 25 years of experience in design and construction, Mr. Lawrence continues to lead the design and construction efforts for multi-family renovation and development projects.

 

Recent renovation projects include working with companies such as HFF, UDR, and The Bascom Group.
