Kelly Leeper

 

Kelly Leeper is a 3rd generation California real estate broker and 2nd generation real estate appraiser. Mr. Leeper has been working in the real estate industry since 2003 and is responsible for market assessment for Trident Realty Partners.

 

Mr. Leeper began his career as a Real Estate Appraiser covering Orange, Los Angeles, and San Bernardino Counties in California. He transitioned to REO assent management, being responsible for the assessment and management of hundreds of properties each month for disposition on behalf of institutions such as Freddie Mac. He has personally managed the operation and disposition of well over 10,000 REO properties nationwide between 2006 and 2015 for major lenders such as Freddie Mac, Bank of America, and Chase Bank.

 

Mr. Leeper has transitioned from REO management to multi-family property market assessment. His unique experience of valuating and managing multiple properties has given him the needed knowledge and skills to assess different markets and trends to find the best investment opportunities.
